- We regretfully inform you that we do not offer returns on any handbag purchases. 
- However, we do offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. 
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. 
- Please note that any handbags that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for exchange. 
2. Exchange Process:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info.w78st@gmail.com within the specified exchange period. 
- Our customer service representatives will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. 
- Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item along with all original packaging and any accompanying accessories, and W 78 ST will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. 
- Ship the item back to us using the W 78 ST pre-paid label. 
- Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. 
- If the item is deemed eligible for exchange, we will process your exchange request and ship out the replacement item as soon as possible. 
3. Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Certain items may not be eligible for exchange, including personalized or customized handbags. 
- Additionally, any items purchased during promotional or clearance sales may not be eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. 
4. Defective or Damaged Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged handbag, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt. 
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances. 
5. Final Sale Items:
- Please note that certain items may be designated as final sale, and these items are not eligible for return or exchange.
